Dianna Vaughan is global head and senior vice president of DoubleTree by Hilton and the Hilton collection brands, Curio Collection by Hilton and Tapestry Collection by Hilton. She is responsible for the strategic direction and vision of this fast-growing portfolio of hotels and resorts around the world, and leads the brand management team, including brand performance support, sales and culture. Additionally, Vaughan serves as the culture leader for Hilton’s full service brands.
A 20-year hospitality veteran, she has held several leadership positions with the company: she’s served as a general manager and director of sales, led the global brand performance support team for both Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Embassy Suites by Hilton and served as vice president of marketing for the Hilton portfolio. In addition, Vaughan was the architect behind the global customer marketing promotions team, which develops and executes creative and compelling brand promotions to drive and increase occupancy and revenue. Most recently, she worked with the HR consulting and Team Member engagement teams to lead Hilton global culture initiatives, including overseeing the diversity and inclusion team.
Vaughan is based at Hilton global headquarters in McLean, Va.
