ATLANTA - DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta-Marietta, part of the DoubleTree by Hilton fast-growing global portfolio of upscale, full-service hotels, has begun a $5.5 million hotel transformation project, which includes the exterior, guest rooms, meeting space, full restaurant and bar as well as the lobby and front desk.

Designed by STUDIO MAI of Los Angeles, the vibrant new lobby design at DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta-Marietta will feature a lounge created to serve as the hotel's social hub and will combine a main dining room, living room for lounging, a bar and working areas integrated throughout.  Communal tables will be available to guests throughout the day - from enjoying breakfast in the morning to using as the perfect laptop workstation during an afternoon break or creating lively gathering spot for drinks in the evening.

The newly-renovated restaurant, bar and coffee bar will offer guests great-tasting food in a wonderful friendly atmosphere. The hotel will also feature Made Market Pantry - a Hilton design.  The newly-renovated guest rooms will enable guests to experience true comfort and a sound night's sleep that will leave them refreshed and ready to take on the day. Each room will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology (Wi-Fi, numerous USB ports, Flat Screen TV and Charging Stations).
