DUBAI, UAE - Al-Maeda restaurant at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dubai Jumeirah Beach reaches its one year milestone this month and to celebrate its success, the team has put together an Arabic set menu paired shisha and soft drinks for only AED149.

Al Maeda, the signature restaurant at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Jumeirah Beach, presents a new pairing concept of Arabic cuisine, in a modern scene. The menu gathers a variety of dishes from places across the Arab world, from the starters with a wide selection of mezze to the main courses and desserts. Since the restaurant opened last November, Al-Maeda has gone through an exciting culinary journey. Its cozy atmosphere and prime location on The Walk at JBR have given it the opportunity to be host of lively events during its first year of operation. To celebrate its first anniversary, during the month of November, Al-Maeda will offer to all diners a tempting three course set menu that combines the most traditional dishes from the Levant and North African region. To make this special menu even more special, the menu includes soft drinks and shisha.

Hassan El Wahidi, General Manager, said: "This has been an exciting year for all of us, the excitement of the opening phase is still here and it is reinforced every time we hear positive feedback from our guests and we see them coming back. Al Maeda has welcomed a mix of many different Arabic nationalities coming from various cultural backgrounds and cuisines and it is a pleasure seeing them enjoying our carefully chosen recipes. During the past year DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Jumeirah Beach has worked hard to deliver our service culture built around the idea of CARE, which stands for 'Create A Rewarding Experience' where the 'little things mean everything' and we will continue to work with that culture in mind."

Al Maeda is an open kitchen concept headed by Chefs specialized in Arabic food. "We want to show to our guests what is being cooked, how it is prepared and then brought to their dining table which is an experience similar to what they have at home."

Al Maeda is open for lunch and dinner every day of the week. The restaurant includes a full service bar, a private dining area for families or large groups and an outdoor terrace where guests can enjoy the breathtaking sea view while trying out the different shisha flavours.
